Order Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped within 3-21 days from the date of placing the order. While 95% of orders are dispatched within 21 days or less, some orders may take up to 30 days.

If your order has not been shipped within 21 days, please check the status in the "My Account" section of our website:

1. Login (if not already logged in) using the “Login” link at the top right.
2. Click on the “My Account” link at the top right.
3. On the “My Account” page, click on “My Orders” to view the status of all your orders.
