Return and refund policy

Delivery
We deliver across India. Products are generally dispatched within 3-21 days, depending on the item ordered. For cash on delivery, a fee of Rs. 99 applies. Pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI to save this fee.

Size Exchange
Size exchanges are free of charge. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Note on Second Exchange
The first size exchange for a product is free. For a second exchange of the same product, a fee of Rs. 200 will be applied.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product or its fit, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. A nominal return fee of Rs. 100 will be charged, which covers handling, packaging, and logistics. You will receive a credit note for the product’s value, which will be available in the "My Account" section after logging in.

Exceptions
Returns and exchanges are not available for bags, gifts, and lingerie.

Conditions for Size Exchanges and Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit voucher will be provided for future purchases.

Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we provide a store credit note for future purchases. The same nominal return fee of Rs. 100 applies for returns.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a free exchange. If you choose to return the product, a fee of Rs. 100 will still apply.

Our Goal
We aim to make the size exchange process as convenient as possible while maintaining a fair and sustainable approach. The nominal return fee helps us continue providing high-quality products and excellent service.
